Have a mailroom where people collect mail, rather than letterboxes. It gets people out of their homes to bump into people
The "porter" could email people when they have mail (And scan/email it if they wanted!)

There should be one canteen / reception area / cafe where guests, builders, designers and prospective buyers hang out together.
Normally the builders and buyers are completely seperated

A true community should be designed for EVERYONE - all ages, kids/no kids, all backgrounds to promote true diversity
|
|
|
You cannot build a community for everyone. Although anyone would be welcome, you need to target certain people or you end up building for no-one.
